To get the most out of your software CanPay offers several forms of support for registered users of our payroll products. All included free with our software! This support includes Toll-Free telephone support, email support and online support. Simply have your personal information on hand (as outlined below) when you contact CanPay. Non-registered users are also eligable for support during a GrandMaster product evaluation period. In order to enable us to serve you in the most efficient manner, please have the following information available when you contact our support team:
Need help now? Want to chat with a real live person? CanPay is pleased to offer Online Help. Simply click on the Online Help button and you will be connected with one of our friendly support representatives. You can chat online, send system diagnostics, exchange files or even share your desktop with us. With Online Help we can easily diagnose the problem and quickly take the steps to correct it, right on your computer. If a support representative is not available simply click the Offline Help button and leave us a message so we can get back to you.
Need to talk to someone? Registered users of GrandMaster products can call us free of charge! Simply call our Toll-Free support line 1-800-665-5129. The hours for Technical Support are from 8:00am to 5:00pm (CST). During
peak hours, you may be asked to leave your name and number to receive a call back
from a CanPay Support representative. Most calls are responded to the same day. Do you think you can best describe your problem in writing? Email us! Send a thorough description of your problem with a descriptive subject to support@canpay.com. A CanPay support representative will respond to your question promptly, usually within the same day. Registered users of GrandMaster products can download the latest version of each product as well as patches and useful utilities. All this is available through our downloads section.
